If so, then log into that and use it to delete some of the large and unwanted collections of mail. This should ensure the messages are removed from the server so clients like Mail on your Mac can access the server without receiving error signals. Mail box full??? More Less.

It is weird because I have 3 different mail clients and only Outlook says my quota is full. I think you're right, though, the issue is probably on the server itself. Not all Mail clients display these messages unfortunately,.

User Replied on January 31, You should contact the Hosting provider to fix this issue. I've talked with our server and they insist that the issue is with Outlook.

Well, I still seriously doubt it. I'm not saying Outlook is bug-free, but this issue hardly ever comes up in the forum which implies it's not a generalized issue , when it does, it's always associated with the server and the message is a server message: Outlook has no way to check your quotas anyway, even if it wanted to. Now, it could deb a communication issue between the server and Outlook, Outlook misinterpreting the error message, but that seems really far-fetched. There is not much I can do. You should be able to reset your quota in Bluehost.
